PRESENT CONTINUOUS TENSE IN HINDI – Present Continuous Tense Ki Paribhasha

Present Continuous Tense की परिभाषा – जिस वाक्य मे काम का जारी रहना पाया जाता है और काम के जारी रहने का समय नहीं दिया जाता है। उसे ही Present Continuous Tense कहते है। इन वाक्यों की क्रिया के अन्त में रहा है, रही है, रहे हैं, रहे हो आदि शब्द आते है।

Structure:- Sub + is/am/are + (V1+ing) + object

Present Continuous Affirmative Sentence Examples

मैं एक गाना गा रहा हूँ।	I am singing a song.
लड़के फुटबॉल का मैच खेल रहे हैं।	The boys are playing a football match.
वह मैदान में दौंड़ रहा है।	He is running in the feild.
उसकी गाय दूध दे रही है।	His cow is giving milk.
बढ़ई एक कुर्सी बना रहा है।	The carpenter is making a chair.
लड़कियाँ स्कूल जा रही हैं।	The girls are going to school.
मोहन एक पत्र लिख रहा है।	Mohan is writing a letter.

• Rule 1- He, She, It और एकवचन noun subject के साथ is लगाकर verb की first form के अन्त में ing लगाते हैं।
• Rule 2- You, We, They और बहुवचन noun subject के साथ are लगाकर verb की first form के अन्त में ing लगाते हैं।
• Rule 3- I के साथ am लगाकर verb की first form के अन्त में ing लगाते हैं।

Structure :- Sub + is/am/are + Not + (V1+ing) + object

वे बाजार नहीं जा रहे हैं।	They are not going to market.
मैं मैदान में नहीं टहल रहा हूं।	I am not walking in the field.
राम मैदान में नहीं खेल रहा है।	Ram is not playing in the field.
गाय घास नहीं चर रही है।	The cow is not grazing grass.
हमारी गाय घास नहीं खा रही हैं।	Our cow is not eating grass.
वह अपनी गुड़िया से नहीं खेल रही है।	She is not playing with her doll.
मै पुस्तक नहीं पढ़ रहा हूँ।	I am not reading a book.

• Rule 1- Negative sentences में is, am, are के पश्चात् not लगाते हैं।

Present Continuous Tense Interrogative Sentence in Hindi

प्रश्नवाचक शब्द वाक्य के शुरु में हो तब Structure :- Is/Am/Are + Subject + (V1+Ing) + object

प्रश्नवाचक शब्द वाक्य के बीच में हो तब Structure :- Interrogative word (Why, What, How etc.) + Is/Am/Are +Subject + (V1+Ing) + Object

प्रश्नवाचक शब्द वाक्य के शुरु में हो तब Structure :- Is/Am/Are + Subject + Not + (V1+Ing) + object

प्रश्नवाचक शब्द वाक्य के बीच में हो तब Structure :- Interrogative word (Why, What, How etc.) + Is/Am/Are + Subject + Not + (V1+Ing) + Object

बच्चा कितना दूध पी रहा है?	How much milk is the child drinking?
कितनी लड़कियाँ ड्रामा में भाग ले रही हैं?	How many girls are taking part in the drama?
तुम कमरे में क्या कर रहे हो?	What are you doing in the room?
वह अब किसकी पुस्तक पढ़ रहा है?	Whose book is he reading now?
तुम वहाँ क्यों जा रहे हो?	Why are you going there?
क्या तुम आज स्कूल नहीं जा रहे हो?	Are you not going to school today?
क्या मैं एक पत्र नहीं जा रहे हूँ?	Am I not writing a letter?
क्या सूर्य आकाश में निकल रहा है?	Is the sun rising in the sky?
तुम्हारे नौकर को कौन पीट रहा है?	Who is beating your servant?

• Rule 1- अगर वाक्य में आरम्भ में क्या हो तो is, am, are कर्ता के पहले लगाते हैं और verb में ing लगा देते हैं।
• Rule 2- अगर हिन्दी के वाक्य के बीच में प्रश्नवाचक शब्द हों तो उनकी अंग्रेजी सबसे पहले लगाते हैं फिर is, am, are में से कर्ता के अनुसार लगाकर verb में ing लगाते हैं।
• Rule 3- How many, How much, Whose के साथ इनसे संबंधित nouns भी लगाते हैं।
• Rule 4- Interrogative Negative sentences में क्रिया से पहले not लगा देते है।
• Rule 5- वाक्य मे अंत मे प्रश्नवाचक चिन्ह ? अवश्य लगाना चाहिए।

Present Continuous Tense in Hindi Use

• लगाता होने वाले कार्य के लिए इसका प्रयोग किया जाता है।
• कार्य होने को बोध जहाँ होता है वहाँ इस tense का प्रयोग होता है।
• जहाँ पर काम जारी रहना पाया जाता है वहाँ पर यह tense प्रयोग किया जाता है।
